Fire Officials Say Keep Exits Clear Of Snow

With all of the snow we’re received, it’s important to think about safety in our homes.

If a fire breaks out, the eight foot high snow drifts often block important exits from our home.

Moncton Fire Deputy Chief Don McCabe says you should always have a secondary exit.

McCabe says it’s also important to keep dryer vents, furnace vents, natural gas and propane vents exposed as well.
