Newfoundland’s newest multi-millionaire is a semi-retired hotel owner from Corner Brook.
Martin House was handed a $5 million cheque today at Atlantic Lottery headquarters in Moncton.
Although he won the Lotto 6-49 draw from February 21st, House says wanted to get his affairs in order before picking up his cheque.
House plans to help out his family with his winnings and although he has travelled quite extensively already, he says return trips to Hawaii and Australia are definitely on the agenda.
