Three Moncton Men Face Charges In Connection With Stabbing

Charges have now been laid in connection with a stabbing in Moncton.

25-year-old Hugh John Ryan, 31-year-old James Robert Burnside and 53-year-old Brian Gordon Ingersoll appeared in a Moncton courtroom yesterday.

They are all facing various charges including aggravated assault.

RCMP say a 43-year-old man suffered serious injuries after an incident at a house party on Robinson Street on Monday night. They say the incident began as a kidnapping earlier that day.

The victim has now been released from hospital.

RCMP say more charges could be laid, as the incident is still under investigation.
