An investigation continues after reports of a man with a gun in Northwest Moncton last night.
Codiac RCMP were called to the kendra Street area at around 5:30 last night.
Officers spoke to a young man, but there’s no word this morning on whether or not anyone was arrested.
Reports say it turned out not to be a real gun.
Last month, Codiac RCMP cordoned off a neighbourhood in the same area for about eight hours, after reports of a man with a gun.
Officers canvassed the neighbourhood, going door to door, but in the end there were no arrests.
There’s no word yet if the two incidents are connected in any way.
