Another blast of stormy winter weather is headed our way.
Environment Canada Meteorologist Carmen Hartt says we’re looking at snow beginning on Tuesday morning for all of New Brunswick and the rest of the Maritimes. Overnight into Wednesday the southern region of the province could see rain as well.
Hartt tells us it’s a slow moving system and the precipitation will likely taper off sometime on Wednesday.
The storm over the weekend brought six centimetres of snow and 9 millimetres of rain to the Saint John area, and pretty much the same for Moncton except the city received a little more rainfall. The Fredericton airport recording about 13 centimetres of snow.
Hartt says the Kouchibouguac Park in Kent County received the most snow in New Brunswick with a recorded 32 centimetres.
