A list ranking Canada’s Premiers from best to worst when is comes to fiscal management has been released by the Fraser Institute.
The overall list ranked former Premier David Alward in the middle of the pack in 5th place.
Former Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador Kathy Dunderdale came in first, and PEI’s Robert Ghiz ranked came in last.
For government spending, Alward ranked second.
In the tax component ranking, he came in last.
And when they looked at deficits and debts, Alward placed second last.
