The City of Moncton is asking for the public’s help in making changes to the cross country ski trails in Centennial Park.
There is a public meeting at the Rotary Lodge at 7 tonight to discuss improvements to the trails and changes to the way they are groomed.
Dan Hicks is the city’s supervisor of parks and grounds and says they are looking to improve the balance between advanced and novice level trails.
Hicks says in the past they haven’t consulted with the public which has been unpopular.
However he hopes the meeting tonight will allow the City to start making immediate changes the public actually wants to the 15 kilometres of trails throughout the Park.
