Budget deliberations will resume at Moncton City Hall this afternoon.
After two days of discussions last week, Moncton council failed to wrap up the 2015 operating budget.
Chief financial officer John Martin has told council that although the city’s books are in good shape, challenges lie ahead.
Moncton has been facing steep cuts in equalization grants from the province and this year faces a cut of $3.2 million.
Deliberations will start at noon in council chambers.
