Charges are not expected to be laid following the death of a pedestrian in Bouctouche.
Mounties say a 76-year-old Bouctouche man was killed when he tried to cross Irving Boulevard in the community late Monday afternoon.
Police say he was rushed to hospital where he died of his injuries.
The man’s name has not been released.
