The Atlantic Lottery Corporation says it is in the process of validating a potentially winning ticket.
ALC has confirmed a Lotto Max ticket worth $25 million was sold in Fredericton for last Friday night’s draw.
An ALC spokesperson says someone came into lottery headquarters in Moncton today claiming to have a winning ticket but adds there will be no winning celebration announcement today.
A media report has suggested a couple from Keswick Ridge have the winning ticket and will be splitting it with someone else but that has not been confirmed by ALC.
