A 57-year-old Miramichi woman died in a head-on collision on the McKnight Road in Napan this morning.
RCMP say road conditions were slushy at the time of the crash around 9-am when the woman’s car crossed the centre line and collided with an oncoming pickup truck.
Police say the woman died at the scene of her injuries.
The pickup driver was hurt and taken to hospital.
The woman’s name is not being released until family members have been notified.
