A New Brunswick woman has been identified as the victim of a car crash in Northwestern Ontario.
Police say that 32 year old Amanda Gulliver, who was living in British Columbia, but is originally from Miramichi, died when her vehicle left Highway 17 near Vermillion Bay and struck a rock cut on Saturday morning.
A passenger in the vehicle, a 32-year-old man who is also from New Brunswick, suffered serious injuries.
His name has not been released.
