A Moncton courtroom is expected to be packed again today for day two of the Justin Bourque sentencing hearing.
The results of a 30-day psychiatric report that was previously under a publication ban will be released, and physical evidence will also be presented.
Chief Justice David Smith has Justin Bourque he could be facing consecutive life sentences with no chance of parole for 75 years. If this is granted, it would be the harshest sentence in Canada since the last execution in 1962.
