PEI Man Elects Trial Mode In Deaths Of Father And Son

A 46-year-old man charged in the shooting deaths of a father and son in a P.E.I. home, returns to court on November 14th to enter a plea.

Alfred Guy Vuozzo appeared in P.E.I. provincial court this morning and elected to be tried by judge alone.

Vuozzo is facing two counts of first degree murder after 58-year-old Brent McGuigan and his 39-year-old son Brendon were found dead in their home near Montague in August.
