A special public meeting is planned for this afternoon in Moncton City Council Chambers to begin capital works budget deliberations for 2015.
The meeting gets underway at 2:30.
Some of the larger items in the budget include road repairs, replacing Centennial Beach, a potential north end community centre, upgrading the police station and the proposed downtown centre.
