A 35-year-old Sackville area man has been charged with possession of cocaine for the purposes of trafficking along with possession of a firearm.
RCMP say the charges against Michael William Dowe stem from a search of two homes in the Midgic area on Sunday.
During the searches, police seized cocaine, marijuana and firearms.
Another man and two women were also arrested but later released and more charges are possible.
Dowe has been held in custody pending a bail hearing set for Wednesday.
