Former Liberal Premier Shawn Graham has sent a congratulations to Premier Designate Brian Gallant and the members of the new Liberal Caucus.
Graham was invited to today’s official swearing in ceremony, but is unable to attend due to a business related matter.
He extended his best wishes to those who will serve as members of the Executive Council and wishes them well as they undertake their new responsibilities.
