A preliminary inquiry began in July, but oral argument were set over until today.
Thirty-one year old Christine Margaret Wood is facing several charges including attempted murder.
In April of 2009, the body of a newborn baby was discovered in a snowbank in Monteagle. An investigation revealed that the body was placed there sometime between December of 2008 and the day it was found.
Wood is accused of trying to dispose of the dead body of the child with the intent to conceal the fact that she delivered him.
Baby Taylor was named by the public, after the road where he was found. Hundreds attended the funeral for the baby boy, where RCMP acted as pallbearers and delivered the eulogy.
