There’s something new for residents in Moncton’s North End in the form of a BMX Pump Track.
Glad Tidings Church unveiled the track over the weekend as the first phase of a two part project to create a gathering place for residents to enjoy.
According to lead pastor of the church, Reverand Paul Pattison, the pump track is not only attracting BMX Bike enthusiasts but others including remote-controlled racers too.
In the spring of next year, the second phase of the plan will be put into action with the creation of a children’s park next door, to be named “Honour Park” in memory of Moncton’s recently fallen RCMP officers.
