Fundraiser Planned For Victims of Dieppe Apartment Fire

Bonte Foods, Chris Brothers and Blankets for Moncton are teaming up with a fundraiser to help Dieppe residents affected by the recent fire on Champlain Street which left 46 residents homeless.

Tomorrow, Bonte Foods and Chris Brothers will hold a parking lot BBQ fundraiser. Hot dogs and pizza will be free, but donations are being accepted.

Executive Director of Blankets for Moncton, Nadine Lipton tells us what else Bonte Foods and Chris Brothers will be donating for the victims of the fire. They’re also doing a fundraiser, where they’re collecting a dollar from any of their products that are being sold Superstore or any of the Sobey’s, or any other stores that sell Bonte Foods/Chris Brothers products in Dieppe.

Several of the residents who lost everything in the fire, work for Bonte/Chris Brothers foods..

Anyone wishing to make a donation, can visit www.blanketsformoncton.com
