MONCTON, N.B. – Another charitable event in Metro Moncton has been deemed a success.
On Saturday, the eighth annual Mike’s Bike Shop Cyclebetes 200 bike ride raised $23,000 for diabetes research.
The event, led by Mike LeBlanc and the Mike’s Bike Shop Cycling Club, attracted a record 59 riders who cycled 200-kilometres round-trip between Dieppe and Sussex.
All proceeds were given to Moncton’s Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
