MONCTON, NB–A Saint-Paul man charged with aggravated assault and unlawful confinement returns to a Moncton court today.
Forty-year-old David Beaulieu was arrested last month after Codiac RCMP stopped a van in Dieppe, and found an injured woman in the back of the vehicle.
The 34-year-old woman was taken to hospital.
Beaulieu has waived his right to a bail hearing and is expected to enter a plea during his court appearance this afternoon.
