So far, so good weatherwise for Sculpture Saint John as the event enters it first full week at the Coast Guard lot by Market Square.
Hew Chee Fong, who has come to Saint John from Brisbane, Australia, is taking part in the event for the first time.
He tells sometimes takes part in these symposiums because he gets to experience the culture of a new town and meet fellow sculptors. Fong loksw upon it as a working holiday.
Fong is using three large pieces of granite for his sculpture which will go to Sussex.
