Harvest Fest Returns September 18-20 to Celebrate the Fall Season

Harvest Fest is back in Riverview this September 18 to 20, bringing three days of fall festivities to the whole community. More than 20 activities and events are planned, from markets, geocaching challenges, workshops, and family-friendly fun.

Connect & Celebrate 

  • Kick off the festival early on Thursday evening with 50 Paintings for 50 Years at the Riverview Public Library, where members of the Riverview Arts Council will showcase their work in celebration of the organization’s 50th anniversary. 
  • Compete with friends over a game of cards at the Giant Card Party at Parkland Riverview, or the Card Party at Invite Properties – Pine Ridge.  
  • Stop by the Veterans and Armed Forces Association Open House to learn more about Riverview Veterans, tour the museum and enjoy refreshments. 
  • Challenge yourself at the Riverview Public Library’s Speed Puzzle Challenge, or YOUth Drop In’s Harvest Hustle featuring a series of fun, one-minute challenges. 
  • Visit Wellness With Purpose hosted by Sole Mate’s Orthopedic Servies for a BBQ, bouncy castle, health and wellness demos, and more.  
  • Gather family and friends for a Pancake Breakfast at Coverdale Masonic Temple.  
  • Celebrate fall with Pumpkin Palooza, a beloved tradition encouraging residents to create festive harvest displays using a kit that includes a pumpkin, straw bale and corn stalks. Move & Unwind 

  • Start Friday with Fall Into Fitness at Just Fit Fitness Centre, a beginner-friendly strength class focused on mobility and flexibility. 
  • Joining in on the R in R Kick-Off with a Harvest Hike through Mill Creek’s newest single-track trails on Saturday morning. 
  • Test your endurance at the Last Tide Standing Backyard Ultra Marathon. 
  • Learn the sport of disc golf during the Riverview Disc Golf Association’s annual Harvest Huckfest. 
  • Experience the calming benefits of Sound Healing, featuring healing vibrations and soundscapes designed to encourage relaxation, rest and connection.

  • Learn about local wildlife during NB Birds and How to Observe Them with Alan Clavette.  
  • Gain practical backcountry hiking knowledge at How to Conquer Your First Thru-Hike with Marc-André from Forêt Acadienne School of Bushcraft.  
  • Unleash your creativity during a Youth Improv Workshop led by School of Atlantic Ballet instructor Maika Branch. 
  • Attend a family movie night supporting West Riverview Elementary’s Home & School, featuring the movie GOAT (2026).  
  • Music lovers can check out Punk Goes Country at the Riverview Indoor Skatepark, where local youth musicians will bring the two genres together for a unique live performance. 

Family Fun Day Returns 

Harvest Fest wraps up with Family Fun Day on Sunday, September 20 from 1 to 4 p.m. at Caseley Park. 

The afternoon will feature live entertainment, inflatables, laser tag, face painting, henna tattoos, caricatures, community booths and activities for all ages. Visitors can enjoy complimentary corn on the cob provided by the Riverview Lions Club, browse the BGC Riverview Fall Harvest Fest Vendor Market and take in live music throughout the afternoon.
