1963~2026
It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Bruce Wayne Kean of Moncton, New Brunswick, on August 1, 2026, at the age of 63.
Born in Campbellton, New Brunswick, Bruce was the son of the late Raymond and Georgina (Bujold) Kean. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Robertta; his sisters, Deborah, Barbara, and Colleen (Rick); his brothers, Jerry (Wendy) and Evan (Wendy); as well as his many nieces and nephews.
Bruce was a gentle soul with a wonderful sense of humour. He had a way of bringing a smile to those around him and will be remembered for his kind heart, quiet nature, and unique personality.
After many years working in construction, Bruce discovered a special passion for animals. His five dogs yes, five dogs! Of which was a very important part of his life and brought him countless moments of happiness and companionship.
Bruce also had a deep love for trains and everything related to the railway. A proud “Railfan,” he could spend hours enjoying the world of trains, following their journeys and sharing in the fascination they brought him. It was a passion that reflected his curiosity and his appreciation for the simple things that brought him joy.
Bruce leaves behind many cherished memories and will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing him. His gentle spirit, humour, and love for the things that made him happy will remain in the hearts of those who loved him.
There will be no funeral services held at the funeral home.
In memory of Bruce, donations to the charity of the donor’s choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
