Construction project to temporarily impact Riverview water service

There will be a temporary water service interruption for some Riverview residents and businesses on Tuesday.

The town says this is part of the ongoing watermain construction project on Biggs Drive.

The interruption is required to complete a reconfiguration near the intersection of Biggs Drive and Lakeside Drive.

Affected areas and facilities include:

  • 55 Biggs Drive (Parks and Recreation Office, Fitness Studio and Woodworking Shop)
  • 90 Biggs Drive (Arena)
  • Isaac’s Run Dog Park
  • Tennis Club
  • Residents on Waterside Terrace
  • Nearby businesses and properties in the construction area

The Biggs Drive reconstruction project began on May 19 and is expected to continue until mid-July. Work includes new water services, curb and sidewalk upgrades, roadway resurfacing, and updated lane configurations.
