If you’ve been down Principale-Ouest in Dieppe lately, you may have noticed something happening on that corner. Between Bennic Ice Cream, The Cookie Jar, and now Zoya Café & Bubble Tea, it’s quickly becoming what I’m officially calling Sweet Treat Lane.
Honestly, if calories could talk, they’d probably avoid this area altogether.
Zoya Café & Bubble Tea has only been open a little over a month, but they’re already building a loyal following. Located at 3133 Principale-Ouest Ave, this locally owned spot brings together specialty coffees, bubble tea, smoothies, slushes, protein shakes, and enough flavour combinations to keep you coming back for weeks.
On my visit, I ordered the Brown Sugar Latte, and wow… this thing was dangerously good. Smooth espresso, rich brown sugar flavour, and just the right amount of sweetness.
Coffee lovers have plenty of options to explore. Their menu features everything from classic Americanos and Cappuccinos to flavoured lattes like French Toast, White Chocolate Mocha, Spanish Latte, and the increasingly popular Biscoff Latte.
Not feeling coffee? No problem.
Their bubble tea lineup is impressive, with favourites like Brown Sugar Milk Tea, Pearl Milk Tea, Taro Milk Tea, and Honeydew Milk Tea. They also offer fruit teas, smoothies, slushes, protein shakes, and even veggie smoothies for those trying to convince themselves they’re making healthy choices while standing a few steps away from an ice cream shop and a cookie store.
What I love most about spots like Zoya is that they remind us why supporting local matters. New businesses take a huge leap of faith when they open their doors. Every coffee purchased, every bubble tea ordered, and every social media share helps these entrepreneurs build something special in our community.
So the next time you’re in Dieppe and looking for a caffeine fix, a refreshing bubble tea, or just an excuse to treat yourself, make a stop at Zoya Café & Bubble Tea.
Just be warned: once you pull into Sweet Treat Lane, your willpower may not make it back out with you.
Support local. Try something new. You might just find your next favourite spot.
