Town of Shediac bringing back flea market for 2026

After a sudden cancellation last year, the Shediac Flea Market will return for 2026.

The Town says the event that attracts visitors and treasure hunters will be held from July 16 to 19 at the Festival Arena grounds.

This is thanks to a renewed partnership between the Town of Shediac and Embou Productions.

Over four days, visitors can discover a wide variety of unique finds, antiques, handcrafted items, vintage products, and hidden treasures from across Eastern Canada.

“We are pleased to bring back this much-loved event to Shediac. The Flea Market is one of the summer highlights that attracts many visitors and contributes to the vitality of our town,” said Roger Caissie, Mayor of Shediac.

The event was forced to cancel last year after organizers learned that rental rates at the arena had gone up.
