Enjoy a fun-filled and informative day designed to keep older residents active and connected to the community.

Visit exhibitors, experience recreational activities with Shuffleboard Moncton, the Centennial Lawn Bowling Club and Curl Moncton, take a spin on the indoor walking track, grab a photo in the photo booth, and enjoy live music and refreshments.

At 12:30 p.m., the Alzheimer Society of New Brunswick will offer a presentation on maintaining a heathy brain, and DansEncorps will offer a chair yoga class at 1:30 p.m. Registration is not required for this event.
