Salisbury is home to one of the biggest donairs I’ve ever seen… and honestly, I’m still trying to process it.
Let’s talk about The Pizza Mill—because this place didn’t just make a donair, they created a full-on experience. The Hangry Donair is an absolute monster. We’re talking a 15-inch dough loaded up to nearly 3 pounds with pepperoni, a mountain of donair meat, tomatoes, onions, and—because Dave (the owner) clearly has a thing for them—banana peppers everywhere. It’s the kind of meal that makes you question your life choices halfway through… but you keep going anyway.
It’s not the biggest donair ever… but it’s definitely in the conversation. And the best part? It’s not just big for the sake of it—it actually tastes incredible. 110

Now, while the Hangry Donair might steal the spotlight, The Pizza Mill has way more going on. This is a 100% family-run business that’s been holding it down in Salisbury for almost 30 years, and you can feel that local pride in everything they do.

Let’s get into the garlic fingers—because WOW. Easily some of the best around. Perfectly baked, loaded with cheese, and paired with a top-tier donair sauce that hits that sweet, garlicky balance just right. And if you’re feeling bold, they’ve got a Reaper donair sauce that brings the heat without losing flavour. It sneaks up on you… in a good way.
Now here’s something I’ve never seen before—Spinach Dip Pizza. At first, you’re like “wait… what?” But then you think about it… creamy spinach dip, melted cheese, baked into a pizza crust? Yeah, it works. It really works.
Then there’s Dave’s Fav—and this one sounds a little wild. Garlic butter base, banana peppers (of course), olives, and donair meat. It shouldn’t make sense… but somehow it does. It’s one of those pizzas you try once and then can’t stop thinking about.
Located just about 20 minutes from Moncton, The Pizza Mill is 100% worth the drive. It’s local, it’s family-run, and it’s packed with personality (and banana peppers).
So whether you’re ready to take on a 3-pound donair or just want some next-level garlic fingers, Salisbury might be your next food stop.
