If there’s one thing I love more than discovering a new local gem… it’s going back a year later and realizing they didn’t just survive—they levelled up.
That’s exactly what’s happening at Teo’s Catering, who just celebrated their 1-year anniversary on April 1st (no joke… although the food is seriously good enough to make you question reality). In a world where restaurants come and go, hitting that one-year mark is a big deal—and Teo’s is doing it with flavour, consistency, and a menu that keeps getting better.

Now, if you’ve been following along, you already know this spot made my Top 10 favourite stops of 2025—and that was largely thanks to their unreal Chicken Souvlaki and one of the most satisfying donairs around. So walking back in, expectations were… high. Like “don’t let me down” high.
Spoiler: they didn’t.
Let’s start with the Caesar salad—but not just any Caesar. This one’s topped with their perfectly seasoned chicken, and it’s the kind of salad that tricks you into thinking you’re making a healthy choice… until you realize you’re absolutely crushing every bite like it’s comfort food. Crisp, creamy, and loaded with flavour.
Then came the new protein bowl, and this is where things get fun. You get to choose your protein—chicken, gyro, or falafel—on top of a fresh, hearty base that feels like the perfect mix of street food and feel-good fuel. It’s customizable, filling, and honestly… exactly what you want when you’re trying to convince yourself you’re being responsible (while still eating something awesome).

Now let’s talk about the Berlin Donair. This one caught me off guard in the best way possible. It’s everything you love about a classic donair—but wrapped up in a locally made pocket that just takes it to another level. Slightly different vibe, same bold flavours, and 100% worth ordering.
And then… the финisher. The lamb kebab. A 50/50 blend with beef that hits that perfect balance of juicy, seasoned, and straight-up addictive. This is the kind of dish where you take one bite and immediately start planning your next visit.
Beyond what I tried, Teo’s menu leans heavily into Mediterranean-inspired favourites—think wraps, platters, fresh salads, and flavour-packed sides like rice, roasted potatoes, and house-made sauces that tie it all together. It’s the kind of place where everything feels homemade… because it is.
Bottom line: one year in, Teo’s Catering isn’t just holding strong—they’re building something special. If you haven’t been yet, fix that. And if you have? Time to go back… they’ve got new reasons waiting for you.
