Snowbirds returning to Moncton

Celebrations for the Snowbirds’ season anniversary will be held in Moncton on June 28.

Thousands will gather at Bore Park that day as the Canadian Forces Snowbirds take to the sky.

They’ll give an aerobatic performance along the waterfront.

“Each performance is meant to inspire young Canadians by showcasing the skill, professionalism, and teamwork of the Canadian Armed Forces. We hope to spark curiosity, pride, and a sense of possibility in the next generation while sharing a memorable experience with the entire community,” said Major Maciej Hatta, Snowbird 1, Team Lead.

It’s their 55th anniversary season for the Snowbirds.

Additional details about the event will be announced in the coming days.
