1937 ~ 2026
Dorothy LeBlanc, 89, of Dieppe, formally of North Sydney, NS, passed away on April 2nd, 2026, at Kenneth E. Spencer Memorial Home in Moncton. She was the daughter of the late Scott and Rebecca (Day) Cameron.
She will be sadly missed by her husband, Robert; her son, André (Tif); her daughter, Julie (Rob) Mason; her grandchildren: Alexa, Ryker, Michael, and Chase; several cousins, extended family, and many friends.
Dorothy graduated from St Martha’s, Antigonish, NS. She enjoyed a wonderful career in medical research in Boston, Montreal, and Halifax, meeting life-long friends along the way.
At the family’s request, there will be no visitation. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at Passage-Chartersville Funeral Chapel, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, NB, (506) 857-1901, on Saturday, April 11th, at 11 am.
Donations in her memory can be made to Alzheimer’s Society or to a charity of the donor’s choice.
The family expresses sincere appreciation for the home care, the kindness and care at Spencer’s, as well to all of Dorothy’s close friends and neighbors.
