Dieppe NB- With heavy hearts and loving memories, we announce the passing of Joanne LeBlanc, who passed away peacefully at The Albert House Moncton on February 24, 2026, at the age of 64.
Born in Dieppe on August 30, 1961, Joanne was the wife of Lionel LeBlanc, the mother of Justin and the daughter of the late Willie LeBlanc and the late Lorraine LeBlanc (Belliveau).
Joanne worked for 35 Years at Dr Georges L. Dumont Hospital, mostly in the payroll department.
Beside her husband Lionel and her son Justin of Dieppe, she also leaves her siblings, Gerri LeBlanc, Bernice (Paul) Richard, Richard “Cy” (Jocelyne Arseneau) LeBlanc and Eugene (Germaine) LeBlanc all of Dieppe, Pauline (late Clarence) Bourque of Moncton, Lynne LeBlanc of Memramcook, Emery LeBlanc (Denise Turgeon) of Montreal and Bernard (Ginette) LeBlanc of Ocala FL. and several nieces, nephews and friends.
Besides Joanne’s parents she was predeceased by her sister Claudia (2004), brothers: Gerard (1944), Guy (1956), Vincent (1999), Donald (2009) and Joseph (2024).
Joanne was very courageous and had a great sense of humor, which helped her during her 13 months battle with cancer (Leukemia). She was loved by many friends and family.

Visitations will be held at Passage Chartersville from 2pm to 4pm and from 6pm to 8pm Tuesday March 3 and from 9am to 10h30am Wednesday March 4, funeral will be held at 11h at the Ste-Thérèse church in Dieppe.
A lunch will be served at Passage Chartersville immediately after the funeral Mass.
The family wishes to extend heartfelt thanks to the compassionate staff at the Albert House Home and to the Dr Sheldon Rubin Oncology Clinic.
