Our hot chocolate is made with high quality ingredients. A beautiful white chocolate, milk from our NB dairy farmers and real strawberry puree, topped with whipped cream and freeze dried strawberry powder. It was inspired by our wallpaper print we have in the cafe. The print is by William Morris and it is titled “The Strawberry Thief”. We also have a beautiful trompe l’oeil dessert in our showcase by the same name.
