A new addition to Riverview’s large Hollywood-style sign will bring more colour to the Town.
New lighting has been installed on the iconic Riverview sign.
Corporate Communications Director Tyla Finlay says this helps show community support for causes, campaigns and special events.
“There is an online web form that residents can fill out and request for some colours based on their non-profit or organization group.”
The lights turned on for the first time on Monday, and Finlay says they’ve already had a large response from the public.
“You’ll see the green outlining the Riverview letters. It does flash, and it can do different colours and it can be a rainbow,” Finlay adds.
She says they’ll do their best to work through all of the request forms.
