A Sussex RCMP officer charged with distributing intimate images without consent and breach of trust by a public officer will return to court next month.
Const. Jonathan Murphy, who did not appear in court for his first appearance on Friday, is scheduled to return on March 28 to enter a plea.
Murphy is accused of taking and sharing images of a male in custody without his knowledge. The Serious Incident Response Team (SiRT) said this happened in April 2023.
