Missing man dies in snowmobile crash: RCMP

A 37-year-old man from Prince Edward Island has died after a snowmobile crash in northern New Brunswick.

Emergency crews were called to the scene in South Tetagouche, near Bathurst, early Tuesday.

The driver and sole occupant of the snowmobile died at the scene from his injuries.

He was the same man reported missing to police in the Balmoral Parish area on Monday.

RCMP believe the man lost control of the snowmobile on a trail and crashed into trees.
