Canada-wide warrant issued for man in Saint John

The Saint John Police are asking for the public’s help to locate Dylan Miller.

The 33-year-old is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for breaching the conditions of his statutory release.

Police said he failed to return to Parrtown Community Correctional Centre in Saint John on Jan. 9.

Miller is a first-time federal offender currently serving a 4½-year sentence for sexual interference, printing/publishing child pornography, agreeing/arranging a sexual offence against a child under 16 and breach of probation.

Miller is described as 5-8, 190 pounds with brown hair and eyes. He has a tattoo on his right arm of Pontus/shark/Ariel, on his left wrist of a skull and sickle, on his back of a cross/wings, and on his chest of “Abigail 02:14:2015.”

He was last seen wearing a grey and black puffy winter coat, a dark plaid button shirt with white stripes, blue denim jeans and black winter boots that lace up.

Police have warned the public to not approach Miller.

Anyone who sees him or has information on his whereabouts should contact the Saint John Police at 506-648-3333. Anonymous tips can be made to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477, by submitting a secure web tip at Anonymous Tips – N.B. Crime Stoppers / Échec au crime N.-B. or by using the P3 Tips app.
