Paid water distribution station added for Memramcook residents

Memramcook Village Council has approved additional assistance for those dealing with dry wells and water shortages.

An emergency village council meeting was held on Friday.

A paid water distribution station will open on Tuesday.

It will be located at the municipal garage on Royal Road from 1 pm until 7 pm, Monday to Thursday.

The cost will be $15 per tank between 1000 and 1500 litres.

Payments can be made in advance and are eligible for reimbursement under the temporary financial incentive program that runs until December 31.
