Seizure of illegal items from medium security facility in N.B.

Over $805,000 worth of unauthorized items have been seized from Dorchester Penitentiary in New Brunswick.

Those include cannabis, tobacco, methamphetamine, psilocybin, cocaine, nicotine patches and cell phone accessories.

Staff located the unauthorized items on the perimeter of the medium security institution on September 13 and 14.
