Fire damages Dieppe duplex

No word yet on what caused a duplex fire in Dieppe.

Platoon Chief Stephane Leblanc says there was smoke coming from the Amirault Street home when they arrived at around 10 a.m. Thursday morning.

The fire was found in a bedroom, but firefighters managed to quickly put it out.

Residents got out on their own, but they are now temporarily displaced due to the smoke, fire and water damage.
