A ceremony will be held prior to Dieppe City Council on Monday night in advance of National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.
The Mi’kmaq flag will be permanently installed in Council chambers at 7 o’clock.
Chief Rebecca Knockwood of Fort Folly First Nation and Mi’gmawe’l Tplu’taqnn Inc. will attend.
National Day for Truth and Reconciliation is September 30th.
