Potential exposure to Pertussis in Dieppe

An advisory from the City of Dieppe, about a possible exposure to whooping cough.

The public swim on August 21 between 3:30 and 5 pm, has been identified.

Public Health is advising anyone who used the Aquatic and Sports Centre during that time to monitor for symptoms.

Whooping cough is spread by coughing or contact with saliva.

If you develop symptoms, you should visit a physician and inform them you may have been exposed to whooping cough.
