Dieppe studying current and future housing needs

The City of Dieppe has developed its very first Housing Strategy.

This comes after conducting a housing needs assessment with residents to better understand market conditions.

The strategy outlines four main actions that can be undertaken to help increase the availability and affordability of housing.

It also proposes enhancing the affordable housing incentive program created by the municipality in 2023.

Adoption of the strategy will come before Dieppe City Council on July 8.
