Dieppe businesses recognized at awards banquet

Several Dieppe entrepreneurs have been recognized for their contributions to the city’s economy.

Economic development agency Expansion Dieppe held its annual awards banquet last week.

Global Pet Foods won the Business Excellence Award, while the Service Business Excellence Award went to Productions l’Entrepôt.

Olé Hibachi restaurant received the Emerging Business Award, and Twisted Electric won the people’s vote My Choice Award.

“I would like to recognize all our businesses and congratulate this year’s finalists who are making a significant contribution to Dieppe’s economy,” Executive Director Louis Godbout said in a news release.

“I’d especially like to congratulate this year’s winners, who are making a name for themselves in Dieppe and throughout l’Acadie.”

The Expansion Dieppe Banquet is part of a 22-year celebration of recognizing entrepreneurship in the city.
