Outage leaves 2,200 without power in Dieppe

Many residents in Dieppe are returning home Wednesday afternoon to no electricity.

NB Power is reporting more than 2,200 homes and businesses in the city without power.

According to the utility’s website, the estimated restoration time is between 6 and 7 p.m. Wednesday.

There is no word at this point on what caused the outage.
