A man from Burton has been charged in a homicide on Oromocto First Nation.
A 54-year-old woman was the victim, as RCMP discovered her body early Saturday afternoon.
Later in the day, a 38-year-old man was arrested in connection with the death.
He is charged with second-degree murder.
The man will be back in court on Monday.
RCMP New Brunswick’s Major Crime Unit is leading the investigation.
They ask anyone with information to contact them.
