Moncton Wildcats GM of hockey operations resigns

More change for the Moncton Wildcats.

The team is now looking for a new general manager of hockey operations.

Ritchie Thibeau has accepted a senior position with J.D. Irving starting May 6.

He joined the team as assistant director of hockey operations in 2016, became director of hockey operations in April 2018, and then in February last year, he moved into the role of GM of hockey operations.

The Wildcats announced earlier this month that they were parting ways with Head Coach Daniel Lacroix.
