Vessel searching for Titan debris, returns to port in Newfoundland

The vessel that was searching for debris from the Titan submersible, has returned to port in St. John’s Newfoundland Wednesday morning.

The ROV was being carried on the Horizon Arctic, searching the ocean floor, not far from the wreckage of the Titanic.

The owners, of the vessel, Pelagic Research Services say on social media, it has been working around the clock for ten days.

Five people onboard were killed after the sub imploded when it descended toward the wreckage of the Titanic, June 18.

The investigation is ongoing.
